Our retreat is an immersion into the beauty of the Basque country, where the ocean plays its unique melody and surfing and stretching become our companions. We don’t explore "womb breathing" but breathing in ocean air and our body mobility workouts take place to the sound of waves not mantras.

The concept of French Summer Story
is based on delicious French food made with local products, the incredible atmosphere of French California, the ocean and the opportunity to discover new physical activities.
This is not a retreat where the organisers will bombard you with bossy attempts to re-invent yourself spiritually or punish your body with any stoical diets. This is a retreat that combines healthy and sporty activities with fun and indulgence - French style!
You will be immersed in the world of French gastronomy with Anna, who has been in love with cooking since childhood, and since moving to France, where cooking is almost a religion, cannot resist experimenting. Everything you eat will be made from local products, whose farms we will be able to visit as part of the retreat. Wine, cheese, jambon and many other things for which the Basque Country is famous.
We will give you the opportunity to try surfing, stretching, body mobility, Pilates and even dance. And you may find that you want to spend more time doing these activities.
Forget the usual surf schools. Bagé will not only put you on a board and let you feel the glide from the first lesson, he will inspire you to feel the rhythm of nature and freedom. Bagé's philosophy is like a house with open doors, where every day is filled with the joy of life through the free exchange of energy and love, without any material considerations.
To help you find harmony between body and movement, you will be assisted by Tatiana - dancer, trainer and a real expert in the study of body movement! She is immersed in the world of dance and art, and every movement of her body is a true embodiment of grace and emotion. You will have the opportunity to try different physical practices Stretching, Pilates, Body Mobility, Barre.

TENTATIVE ITINERARY SEASON 2024
Settle into stunning, modern villa with incredible views, get acquainted the other guests. Spend the evening enjoying delicious dishes especially prepared for you by Anna.
DAY 1
DAY 2
Start the day with some crusty croissants and then head to the beach to try surfing with one of our highly experienced and very charming surf coach. Later, delve into the cuisine of the Basque country. In the evening, stretch out those muscles and finish the day with a sunset picnic on the beach.
DAY 3
Post your surfing adventure the day before we recommend a good stretch with the group in the morning, followed by breakfast and a stroll around Biarritz. Free time to soak up the atmosphere. Dinner includes an aperitif and a themed party.
DAY 4
Enjoy breakfast, relax on the beach or by the pool / optional surfing. Venture out to explore the Basque country... A second dinner specially prepared by Anna.
DAY 5
Breakfast by the ocean, surfing or simply chilling on the beach, visit vineyards. Dinner in the city as recommended.
DAY 6
Breakfast, body mobility training and a visit to a cheese producer. Dinner at a restaurant or a sunset picnic.
DAY 7
Breakfast, beach or pool relaxation / optional surfing. Free time, and in the evening, a final dinner by Anna.
DAY 8
Breakfast & Check-out from the house at 10:00 am

How to Make a Booking?
You can reserve your spot at the retreat on our website or simply message us on Instagram or WhatsApp.
Can I Get a Deposit Refund if I Cancel?
Yes, if your cancellation request is made within 72 hours of booking confirmation.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, a deposit of 500 euros is required to confirm your booking.
Can I come alone?
Of course! Our retreat is a great opportunity to meet new people.
Accommodation will be in a large house for 10 girls, with 5 rooms, a pool, and all necessary amenities.
Where Will Accommodation Be?
Do You Assist with Tickets?
We meet all guests at Bayonne train station or Biarritz airport. However, we can certainly advise you on the best way to get to the location.
